Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all hygiene seals intact. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used or opened intimate products unless they are faulty.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in plain, discreet packaging to maintain privacy. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel to ensure efficient processing upon arrival at our warehouse.
Send and Track
Post the package back to our returns department using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
